THE ROYAL BRITANNIA HOTEL
With its famous traditions and its long interesting history, it was the haunt of Lord Nelson and smugglers alike. Edward VII made it his headquarters for his West Country tours and giving it its Royal title and presented the lantern which now hangs over the entrance.

(Weather permitting) Arrangements with experienced skippers - gear supplied if necessary. (Minimum 8, maximum 10 persons per boat). 1 or 2 boats available.

Ilfracombe offers a theatre and cinema, heated swimming pool and 18 hole golf course. Beaches, bathing pools, horse riding, bowls pitch and putt. Famous surfing beaches at Woolacombe and Croyde. Spectacular countryside and coastline. Coach and boat trips throughout the season - and we are close to both boarding points.
